ACTBEST Coupons & Verified Offers for October 2026

Decent deals, but customer service?

Hey everyone, has anyone else had trouble getting ahold of ACTBEST customer service? I was trying to apply a discount code for a new bike helmet, but it wouldn't go through with the site-wide clearance. Ended up just getting a kickstand, which was a good price at $23.40. I was hoping to grab a deal on a Velotric or Aventon, but the code limitations are a bit of a bummer. Still, for the price, the kickstand is solid; just wish clarifying their coupon policy was easier than navigating their site for 27 minutes.

solid for parts, shipping was okay

anyone else buy spare parts from actbest? i needed a spare tire for my aventon and the price was decent, especially with a coupon code. i was a little worried about how long shipping would take but it arrived within a reasonable time frame, maybe a bit longer than i hoped but not terrible. the tire itself is good quality, no complaints there. my main gripe is how strict they are with coupon codes, only one per order and they don't work on clearance stuff. wish i could have stacked a code on some bike locks too.

Solid commuter, helpful support

I purchased the Spark step-through e-bike last month. Ordering was easy on their site. Delivery took about a week, which was accurate to their estimates, and the bike was packaged well. I had a question about adjusting the pedal assist settings, so I contacted their customer service. They responded within a day with clear instructions. The bike itself feels sturdy, and the battery life is decent for my daily commute. It came mostly assembled; I just had to attach the front wheel and handlebars. Overall, a good experience and the bike performs as expected.

Always reliable, good experience

I've ordered from ACTBEST a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got the Knight fat tire electric bike, and it arrived quickly, just like my previous orders. The quality is what I've come to expect, no surprises there. That's why I keep coming back for their bikes and accessories.

Good bike, fast shipping

I ordered the Core electric bike. It arrived quickly, well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward. It rides well, good for my daily commute. Happy with the purchase.

Decent value, few issues

I bought the Knight fat tire electric bike. For the price, it's a solid choice. The fat tires handle various terrains well, which I needed. Shipping was reasonable, and the bike felt sturdy once assembled. My only real gripe was that the instructions could have been a bit clearer for a couple of steps; I had to re-watch a YouTube video to be sure. Also, the default seat wasn't the most comfortable for longer rides, so I ended up getting a replacement. Overall, it's a good e-bike but there's room to improve the assembly experience and maybe include a slightly better seat.

My new favorite e-bike!

I just got the Spark step-through e-bike and I absolutely love it! It's so comfortable to ride, and the motor is powerful enough for all the hills around my house. I've taken it out every day since it arrived, which was even earlier than the tracking said. The color is great too. I'm telling everyone about this bike, you guys rock! Will definitely shop here again for accessories.

Love my new e-bike!

I just got the Core electric bike and it's fantastic! The ride is so smooth. It makes my commute a joy now, I actually look forward to it. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. I'm telling everyone about this brand!
